Island Trolley Tours LLC ®, (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operate the tours and event/attractions (our “Services”) described at our websites listed below (our “Website”). 

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information gathered when you visit our Website, use our online booking services, visit and buy tickets for our tours and event/attractions, and use our Services. The terms “you” or “your” refer to the visitors to our Website and users of our Services.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the term “personal information” in this Privacy Policy to refer to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated or linked, directly or indirectly, to you. 

Personal information does not include information that has been modified in a substantial way so it can no longer be reasonably used to identify or be linked to you. Personal Identifiers. When you book a reservation, purchase a ticket, take a tour, visit an event/attraction, or we may ask you, as an individual customer or family or group leader, to provide us with personal identifiers that can be used to contact or identify you. These may include, but are not limited to:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Full or partial postal address

Credit Card and Payment Data. For online purchases, your credit card number and CVV are directed to third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors) and are not collected or stored in our systems. For in-person purchases at our tours and event/attractions, your credit card information is collected by the operator and transmitted to a payment processor. Island Trolley Tours LLC®, may retain the last four digits of your credit card number for documentation purposes, and we may retain your billing address and phone number for purposes of our fraud prevention program. 

Booking Information and Special Accommodations. When you make a reservation or purchase a ticket for our tours and event/attractions, we ask for the name of the family or group leader, email address, zip code, and other booking information such as name of the tour you selected, location, date, and time, and the number of adults and children in your group. Some of our tours and event/attractions offer special accommodations for wheelchairs and other assistive devices. To provide those accommodations, we will ask for basic information about your needs to fulfill your request. 

Information Provided by Independent Operators. We obtain booking information (as described above) from independent companies who work with us to book our tours and event/attractions and may offer additional attractions that enhance our Services. They may refer you to our Services or make a reservation on your behalf. They include, for example, hotel concierges, travel agents, and independent operators of attractions that are not affiliated with Island Trolley Tours LLC®. 

It is our practice to retain personal information about the tours and attractions our customers’ have experienced for future marketing purposes and to build a long-term relationship with you.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

• To deliver tour and event/attraction tickets to your email or device

HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Island Trolley Tours LLC® does not sell the personal information of our customers or others. We may share personal information for business purposes with the following categories of third parties. 

Island Trolley Tours LLC® Family may share our customers’ personal information with our parent company, and other affiliated companies for any of the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Our affiliated companies may use your personal information for marketing and other commercial purposes. 

Third-Party Ticket Sellers. We partner with hotel concierges and travel agents to sell tickets to our tours and attractions. They provide personal information to us and in order to process the reservation or ticket sale we may share personal information with them. 

Independent Operators: If we facilitate a reservation for you with an independent tour or event/attraction operator, we may share your booking and other personal information with the operator and we may receive a transaction fee. The shared information is used to book the reservation and so the operator can verify the identity of the ticket holder when the ticket is presented onsite. Personal information shared in this way includes the first and last name of the family or group leader purchasing the tickets, the number and type of tickets purchased, the date and time of any reservations as applicable, the date the ticket was purchased, and the individual or leader’s email address and/or phone number if the tour needs to contact you about changes such as cancellations. These tour and attraction operators may use your personal information for their own marketing and other commercial purposes. 

Payment Processors. We engage payment processors to process ticket sales on our behalf. They adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of payment card issuing brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

Service Providers. We engage service providers and use cloud software services to assist with marketing, administrative, technology and data processing functions on our behalf. Examples include: marketing services including promotional emails; geolocation service providers; information technology support, hosting and storage; and managing online re-marketing. Service providers have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are not authorized to disclose or use it for any other purpose. 

Data Analytics Services. When you use our Websites, Google Analytics and other third party data analytics services collect your Website Usage Data. These data analytics providers may also use the aggregated data they collect on our Website for their own purposes. Island Trolley Tours LLC® uses Facebook and other re-marketing services to serve personalized ads to you on third-party websites and mobile applications after you visited our Websites based on your Website Usage Data. These third-parties may set their own cookies or similar web technologies to collect information about users’ online and mobile device activities over time and across different websites. Legal Process and Security. Certain Transactions. We may share your Personal Information as we believe is reasonably necessary in connection with business transactions such as a transfer or sale to another entity of all or a portion of our stock or assets or such transaction or reorganization.

COOKIES AND ONLINE DATA COLLECTION

Google analytics—Island Trolley Tours uses Google Display Advertising and Remarketing Tools with Google Analytics to track and log usage data about your and other visitors interactions with our Websites. Facebook conversion tracking pixel—We may from time to time use Facebook Advertising, Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing, and communications of Facebook Inc.. These tools allows us to understand and deliver ads and make them more relevant to you. The collected data remains anonymous to us and we cannot see the personal data of any individual user. However, the collected data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook may be able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes (in accordance with Facebook’s Data Use Policy). Facebook has ultimate control of the information gathered through Facebook Advertising, Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing, and communications. You can opt-out of Facebook’s use of cookies and Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing through settings on your Facebook Account. 

WordPress stats—The WordPress Stats tool places cookies on your computer to perform statistical analyses of visitor traffic and user behavior on our Website. The analysis helps us optimize both the Website and online advertising. The information generated by the cookies about the use of our Website is stored on servers. Your IP address will be anonymized after processing and before storage. WordPress Stats cookies remain on your device until you delete them. 

Advertising—Subject to your choices and preferences, we may use cookies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on our Websites and on other websites and mobile applications. Social Media; Our Website may include social media features, such as the “Facebook Like” button, and widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini programs that run on our Website. These features may collect your internet protocol (IP) address, which page you are visiting on the Website, and the social media platform may set a cookie to recognize you and enable the feature to function properly. Please refer to the privacy settings of your social media platform. It is solely your responsibility to manage the data shared through your social media account. 

Third party Features. Our Websites may use other companies’ applications to power some features. For example, we use an online reservations and ticketing service to process ticket reservations and we use online payment processors to collect credit and debit card information and handle payment transactions. . Some of these third-party features may be branded with Island Trolley Tours LLC ® logo, even though they are not operated and/or controlled by us. These third-party applications are able to access and collect data from your use of the features they operate. 

Links to Third-Party Websites. Our Websites may include links to websites operated by third parties. If you click on a third-party link, which will navigate you away from our Website to that third-party website. Any information you provide and submit to that third-party website and/or is collected from your usage data, will be available to the third-party operator. The information that third-party website operator may include but is not limited to; your IP address and/or device identifier, and other internet browsing data. Island Trolley Tours LLC® retains personal information relating to ticket sales to process redemptions and refunds where necessary, and to provide ticket sales information (number and types of tickets) to the tour and/or event/attraction operators. We further retain and use your personal information for our marketing purposes (unless you instruct us to stop sending communications to you), legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We also may retain website usage data for performance, improvement security, purposes, fraud detection, and internal analysis purposes.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Our Services are conducted in the United States and in the State of Florida. Your personal information will be processed in the United States. If do not reside in the United States or are located in a different country, the data protection laws of that country may differ from the laws of the United States in the ways your personal information is protected.
